Dr. Carlough uses Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), a system of chiropractic that uses very light touch to effect changes in the body. The patient (practice member) uses this light touch to become more aware of the body and thus be able to make the changes from the inside out, rather than the changes being imposed from the outside.

Somatic Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a system of exercises using breath and muscles to integrate the body rhythms. The exercises can be done in the office or patients (practice member) can do them at home to advance their care.

NeuroModular Technique (www.nmt.md) uses the holographic view of the universe that chaos theory uses, and the latest brain research to deal with the brain's information faults. When we were little, we were probably shy and used behaviors to help us deal with difficult situations, such as trying to be invisible, running away, slumped posture, or being aggressive. As we grew up, these behaviors may not have served so well as long term solutions. Similarly, we have laid down information pathways in dealing with such things as infectious agents like bacteria or allergies that do not serve as well for long term solutions. Examples of pathways include Infectious Agents Pathway, Allergy Pathway, Sensory/Motor Pathway, Morphic Field Pathway, and Body Map/Template/Set Point Pathway.
